Background
Yellow World Youth Organization is a youth-led initiative based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, dedicated to using art as a tool for community development and youth empowerment. Our
programs focus on engaging young people through creative expression particularly music,
dance, and poetry to address social challenges and promote positive change.
In recent years, Pumula has been identified as a hotspot for drug and substance abuse,
particularly among young people. This rising crisis has led to increased cases of school
dropouts, mental health issues, crime, and broken families. In response, Yellow World is
launching an edutainment-based initiative to tackle this issue creatively and effectively.
