About Yellow World
Yellow World is a youth-driven community organization founded in 2018 with the mission of using art as a tool for community development and social transformation. The organization has grown significantly over the years and supports many artists from the Bulawayo Metropolitan Province.
In July 2020, Yellow World was officially registered as an association under the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe.
The organization believes that art can be a powerful medium for raising awareness, empowering youth and addressing social challenges such as drug and substance abuse, mental health issues and social injustice.
Yellow World works closely with young people, artists and community members to create programs that inspire creativity, strengthen livelihoods and promote positive community engagement.
Mission
To use arts and culture to bring together active citizens and duty bearers in spaces that improve youth participation, empower young advocates for community development and enhance entrepreneurship opportunities.

To create an inclusive and progressive network of vibrant citizens that foster leadership, sustainable financial capacity strategies, active participation in economic and social development
Our SUCCESSES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Yellow World has been recognized for its efforts in raising awareness of mental health issues by various media and news outlets such as Skyz METRO, DSTV, Khulumani FM and ZBC. Our organization has been nominated several times and has won an award for its film, "Ekasi the Hood", for best indigeneous film.
